Value: €350k

The Study Hall Building at Clongowes Wood College was constructed in circa 1820 and was rebuilt in 1887 after partial destruction by a fire. The building now accommodates a study hall at first floor level and a library at ground floor level. NJOG acted as Project Managers and Conservation Engineers for the restoration of the outer façade and roof covering. The Project consisted of the replacement of the existing rendered walls with a new Natural Hydraulic Lime render and the replacement of the existing slate roof with Blue Bangor slates and cast iron rainwater pipework.
